My-VPA
It stands for My Virtual Personal Assistant and its a way of having one phone number instead of loads. The system gets a call and then tries one of your numbers until you pick up, or it records and emails you a message.The user interface for this system has to be pretty straight forward as with the bolt on options pack things can get quite complicated.
the Site had to be customisable as there are a lot of resellers, each wanting their own look and feel of the site. The system works on detecting what URL the user has com in on and directing the browser to the correct style sheet for that reseller.
